WE DO NOT WORK ALONE est une maison d’édition fondée à Paris en 2015 par Louise Grislain, Anna Klossowski et Charlotte Morel.

WE DO NOT WORK ALONE édite, en séries limitées, des objets usuels conçus par des artistes.

WE DO NOT WORK ALONE propose aux artistes un ecart vis à vis de leur pratique habituelle en les confrontant à la question de la fonctionnalité et de l’usage. En s’appuyant sur des savoirs-faire artisanaux ou industriels, ces objets de la vie quotidienne sont produits au cas par cas, selon des modalités définies en collaboration avec l’artiste.

WE DO NOT WORK ALONE s’entend comme une tentative nouvelle de répondre à la question ancienne des liens entre l’art et la vie quotidienne.

WE DO NOT WORK ALONE est aussi le titre du recueil de pensées sur la création artistique du potier japonais Kawai Kanjiro.

WE DO NOT WORK ALONE is also the title of a book by Japanese potter Kawai Kanjiro, where are gathered his thoughts about artistic creation.
